Our jog leaders are there to support you and help you get started. Please don't worry that you may be too slow or will hold someone up - this will not be the case. Our jog leaders are there for you and we have several smaller groups within our group. The leaders are there to go at your pace and will only be delighted to help you get underway.
Come along to one of our sessions and meet our jog leaders. They will ensure that you are well looked after and will help you to achieve your aims, whether it's to be able to run to catch the bus, have more energy, lose a bit of weight or train for your next marathon!
Have you been inspired by the Commonwealth Games and the achievements of the athletes? Why not come and give our friendly jogging group a try? We cater for everyone- from the nervous complete beginner to those who already run and are looking for support and motivation!
Our sessions are completely free - just turn up with supportive trainers and comfortable clothes for exercising in.
