New joggers are always very welcome (so are any previous members who have not been for a while!!) We are a very friendly group and our jogleaders will help you take your first steps towards fitness. Even if you've never jogged before we can help you get started with a jog/walk programme to get you going. Bring a friend and give it a go. It is completely free to join and you'll enjoy the fresh air and company of others. Just wear some supportive trainers, comfy gear and something reflective or hi-viz if you have it. We do have some hi-viz vests that can be borrowed if needed.

Note to all members- We have decided to suspend our fortnightly interval sessions for the moment to try and encourage more members to come along to our usual sessions. This means we will be meeting in the village square every Monday and Wednesday evening at 6.45pm to jog around the village.

Mon 12th Jan- Meet at 6.45pm in the square for a variety of distances and speeds around the village.
Wed 14th Jan- Afternoon run- Meet at 1.30pm in the village square to join the group for an afternoon run
Wed 14th Jan- Evening run - Meet at 6.45pm in the village square for a variety of runs around the village.
Sat 17th Jan-Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).
