New Year- New Start?
Come and join our friendly group and get fit for 2015. It really is much easier to run in a group and our members are always surprised by how far they can go when jogging with company. You don't have to have jogged before- we have different groups so you can choose your distance/speed. Most of us couldn't run from lamp post to lamp post when we started!Our jogleaders will help you get going from jog/walking to running your first 5K or marathon! Wear supportive trainers and whatever comfy sports/leisure gear that you have and come down to the square to meet us. Our group is completely free to join- what more incentive do you need! We look forward to meeting you!

Mon 5th Jan- Join us for a variety of runs/jogs around the village. We meet at 6.45pm in the village square.
Wed 7th Jan- Afternoon run/jog. Meet in the square at 1.30pm.
Wed 7th Jan- Evening jogs/runs around the village. Again, meet at 6.45pm in the square
Saturday 10th Jan-Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).

Thursday morning group-
Unfortunately, due to a lack of interest, the Thursday morning group will not be running at present. Many thanks to Heather for all her time and effort in starting this group, and for her commitment in keeping it going for the last few years. If anyone  would like to train as a jogleader and assist with the running of this group, then please let Joan know. Thank you!
