Christmas and New Year runs

Saturday 22nd December Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).

Monday 24th December ( Christmas Eve) - evening run. Various routes around the village. Santa hats optional!! Meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 6.30pm.

Wednesday 26th December  ( Boxing Day ) - no runs today!!

Saturday 29th December - Parkrun as usual.

Monday 31st December: Evening runs around the village as usual. Meet in the square at 6.30pm.

Tuesday 1st January 2013: New Year Day run. Meet in the square at 10am for an easy run out to Beauly and back, followed by refreshments back in the village. Friends and family welcome to join us.

Wednesday 2nd January 2013- evening run as usual. Meet in the square at 6.30pm.

We cater for all abilities and new members are always very welcome!
