Saturday 13th October: Park Run - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).
Monday 15th Oct :Â Variety of evening runs around the village suitable for everyone. Meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 6.30pm.
Wednesday 17th October: afternoon run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 1.30 pm.

No runs on this Thursday due to school holidays!
