Well done to everyone who took part in Baxters runs at the weekend. We were well represented with runners particpating in the 5K, 10K and the marathon!

Beginners and returners (!) always very welcome. Come along and meet our group- a jogleader will get you underway and will gently guide you into jogging for fitness and health.

Please remember to wear bright clothing and hi - viz vests. Mike does have some vests available to borrow.

Saturday 5th Oct Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).

Monday 7th Oct Intervals at 6.45pm at the 'bowl' football pitch (take the road opposite the golf club by the Police Station to the car park at the end). Interval training - suitable for all levels of fitness. Great fun!

Wednesday 9th October -afternoon run: meet in the village square at 1.30 pm. We will be running from the square.

Wednesday 9th October- evening run: meet in the village square at 6.45pm for runs around the village.

Thursday 10th October- morning runs. Meet at 9.30am in the square.
