Special request from Ray Cameron (and an opportunity for the Club to benefit)

Post date: Jul 13, 2012 10:22:20 AM

It's that time of year again with my annual request for volunteers to help out at the Loch Ness Marathon & Festival of Running - taking place this year on Sunday 30 September.

Although there are still quite a few weeks to go before the event it would be good to know now if you, and if appropriate your friends, work colleagues, group members, are going to be available this time around.

Last year's event was another resounding success and there's no doubt that your contribution again was a major factor and all of us at Caledonian Concepts can't thank you enough for your efforts and enthusiasm.

As usual, as a token of our appreciation you will be rewarded with a donation to a charity or to your running group as well as a goody bag. Also, if there are any t-shirts left after the event, you are more than welcome to have one.

We have a wide range of jobs available not only on Sunday but also on the Saturday so it would be great to have you involved on either or both of the days - please indicate as appropriate when replying.

Can you get back to me at volunteers@caledonianconcepts.co.uk as soon as possible and when replying please also provide me with your landline and mobile numbers to enable me to contact you to discuss job options etc.

If you have any queries and/or require further information please give me a call after I’m back from my holidays on 28th July on 07849416956 or 01463 870805 anytime (evenings and weekends).

Thanks for your support and here's hoping you will be joining our team again for this great event.

Ray
