Saturday 12th October: Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).                                    

Monday 14th October: Meet in the square at 6.45pm sharp for our usual variety of routes around the village.

Wednesday 16th Ocotber - afternoon run: meet in the village square at 1.30 pm. We will be running from the square.

Wednesday 16th October - evening run: meet in the village square at 6.45pm sharp for various runs around the village.

Thursday 17th October - NO RUN THIS WEEK DUE TO SCHOOL HOLIDAYS!!
