Saturday 1st September: Park Run - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).

Monday 3rd September:  evening run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 7 pm. Runs off-road around the village.  All welcome.  Beginners encouraged to come along too.

Wednesday 5th September: afternoon run: PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WEDNESDAY'S 1.30PM RUN HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THE LUNCHTIME FUNERAL FOR GRACIE MACKAY IN MUIR OF ORD.

Wednesday 5th September:. Variety of runs around the village suitable for everyone.NOTE: TONIGHT ONLY - PLEASE MEET AT THE BOWL FOOTBALL PITCH AT 7PM.

Thursday 6th September : NOTE: THURSDAY MORNING RUN HAS BEEN CANCELLED THIS WEEK.

Good luck to everyone taking part in events this weekend. We have members running in the Moray Marathon Festival and the Glasgow Great Scottish Run on Sunday and Richard, Richard and Kirsten are competing in the Ben Nevis Hill Race on Saturday!
