Saturday 27th April :  Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).                                       

Monday 29th April : Evening runs off road around the village. Variety of routes suitable for all distances/ paces! Meet at 6.45pm in the Muir of Ord square.

Wednesday 1st May - afternoon run: meet in the village square at 1.30 pm. We will be running from the square.

Wednesday 1st May - evening run: meet in the village square at 6.45pm for various routes off road around Muir of Ord.
