Saturday 29th Sept: Park Run - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).
Monday 1st Oct :Â Variety of evening runs around the village suitable for everyone. Meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 6.30pm.
Wednesday 3rd October: afternoon run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 1.30 pm.
