Saturday 25th May: Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).                                       

Monday 27th May : Meet in the square at 6.45pm for our usual variety of routes around the village.

Wednesday 29th May - afternoon run: meet in the village square at 1.30 pm. We will be running from the square.

Wednesday 29th May - evening run: meet in the village square at 6.45pm for various routes off road around Muir of Ord.

Thursday 30th May: morning run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 9.30 am. Contact Joan on 01463 870237 if you would like further information.

Remember - beginners are very welcome at all sessions. A jogleader will be on hand to support you and guide you every step of the way!
