Rona Campbell has organised a Charity Workout Day on Sunday 20th May at the Black Isle Leisure Centre, Fortrose .The continuous workout with Zumba and fab aerobics is in aid of the wonderful Puffin Pool in Dingwall and Arthritis Research UK.

Come along ANYTIME between 9am & 9pm and join in the fun just for a donation.  Bring friends and family.

The future is much brighter for sufferers thanks to the work of ARUK and the great folk at the Puffin Pool. Come and support us, have fun and of course some cake !
