Saturday 31st August: Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).                                    

Monday 2nd September: Meet in the square at 6.45pm sharp for our usual variety of routes around the village.

Wednesday 4th September - afternoon run: meet in the village square at 1.30 pm. We will be running from the square.

Wednesday 4th September - evening run: meet in the village square at 6.45pm sharp for various routes off road around Muir of Ord.

Thursday 5th September morning run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 9.30 am. Contact Joan on 01463 870237 if you would like further information.
