Saturday 12th May: Park Run - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).

Monday 14th May: evening run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 7 pm. Runs off-road around the village.  All welcome.  Beginners encouraged to come along too.

Wednesday 16th May: afternoon run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 1.30 pm.  Or at the car park at Clash Wood at 1.40 pm.

Wednesday 16th May: evening run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 7 pm. Runs off-road around the village.  All welcome.  Beginners encouraged to come along too.
