Please note that the planned night out at the Golf Club has been cancelled due to lack of numbers. Mike D has organised an alternative venue on Friday 28th November at the Priory Hotel  in Beauly. If you would like to join us there for a 3 course set menu @£20 then please let Mike D know. Thank you!

Saturday 15th Nov - Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).

Monday 17th Nov: Intervals at 6.45pm at the 'bowl' football pitch (take the road opposite the golf club by the Police Station to the car park at the end). Interval training - suitable for all levels of fitness. Great fun!

Wednesday 19th Nov-afternoon run: Meet in the village square at 1.30pm for our usual run.

Wednesday 19th Nov- Meet in the village square at 6.45pm for our usual range of off-road runs
