Don’t forget about the Dochfour Dash this coming Wednesday at 7.15pm. Come and join Inverness Harriers for a cracking 5.2 mile out and back along the Caley Canal.

Nice flat course on beautiful surroundings, definitely suitable for all abilities. Excellent post-race refreshments (and cakes!). Entry fee only £5 (£3 if SAL Member). Registration 6.00-6.45pm at Harriers’ Clubhouse, Queens Park Stadium. Race starts at Rowing Club, Near Canal Bridge, Glenurquhart Road. This couldn’t be much more local so why not give it a try?
