Saturday 23rd  June: Park Run - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).

Monday 25th June:  evening run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 7 pm. Runs off-road around the village.  All welcome.  Beginners encouraged to come along too.

Wednesday 27th June: afternoon run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 1.30 pm.

Wednesday 27th June:. Evening runs:meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 7pm. Variety of runs around the village for everyone.
