As the nights begin to draw in, we will probably only have a few weeks left to run on our off-road routes and will need to set off earlier to make the most of the limited light. We propose to start the warm up on time, so can we please meet at 6.45pm sharp!!

Now is the time to look out your  hi- vis vests and brighter clothing as it will be essential in the coming weeks. "Ron Hill" hi-vis vests are available to buy from Joan.
