Saturday 21st April: Park Run - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).

Monday 23rd April:  Intervals at the bowl football pitch in Muir of Ord (take the road opposite the golf clubhouse entrance, by the police station and park in the car park at the end if driving). 7pm. Great fun and suitable for all levels!

Wednesday 25th April: afternoon run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 1.30 pm.  Or at the car park at Clash Wood at 1.40 pm.

Wednesday 25th April: evening run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 7 pm. Runs off-road around the village.  All welcome.  Beginners encouraged to come along too.
