Puffin Pool 5K- Sunday 29th September 2013

This years Dingwall Puffin Pool run/walk/disabled 5k (approx!) event will be Sunday 29th September 2013.  This has become an annual event for Ross County AC to help organise and supports the Dingwall Hydrotherapy Pool.  The warm pool can be used by anyone with a disability whether mentally, physically or sensory to exercise and improve their quality of life. Hydrotherapy also helps to speed recovery from injury at work and sport and offers a great way of exercising and promoting good health.

The event is open to ALL ages and abilities, so why not shake off the Sunday morning blues and while others are paying sky-high entry fees for the privilege of a trot round Inverness, come along for a friendly walk/run/jog/wheelchair around Dingwall, the route going right past that other famous Dingwall Club, Ross County FC.
