Saturday 16th February Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).

Monday 18th Feb: Evening runs around the village. Variety of routes suitable for all distances/ paces! Meet at 6.30pm in the Muir of Ord square.

Wednesday 20th Feb- afternoon run: meet in the village square at 1.30 pm. We will be running from the square.

Wednesday 20th Feb- evening run: meet in the village square at 6.30pm for various routes round the village.

Thursday 21st Feb- morning run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 9.30 am. Contact Joan on 01463 870237 if you would like further information.
