Saturday 20th July: Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).   Remember the 100th Parkrun is next Saturday!                                     

Monday 22ndth July: Meet in the square at 6.45pm for our usual variety of routes around the village.

Wednesday 24th July - afternoon run: meet in the village square at 1.30 pm. We will be running from the square.

Wednesday 24th July - evening run: meet in the village square at 6.45pm for various routes off road around Muir of Ord.

Thursday 25th July morning run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 9.30 am. Contact Joan on 01463 870237 if you would like further information.
