Saturday 9th  June: Park Run - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).

Monday 11th June:  evening run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 7 pm. Runs off-road around the village.  All welcome.  Beginners encouraged to come along too.

Wednesday 13th June: afternoon run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 1.30 pm.

Wednesday 13th June: No Wed evening run this week! Come along to the JogScotland 5k in Bught Park. Race starts at 7pm so arrive early if you wish to sign up on the night.
