Saturday 8th Nov: Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information). 

Monday 10th Nov:Meet in the square at 6.45pm sharp for a variety of runs through the village.

Wednesday 12th Nov- afternoon run: meet in the village square at 1.30 pm. We will be running from the square.

Wednesday 12th Nov- evening run: meet in the village square at 6.45pm sharp for  our runs through the village.

Thursday 13th Nov : Morning run.Meet at 9.30am in the square.Contact Joan for more information.
