Note: Due to the crowning of the Gala Queen on Wednesday evening in the square - we are going to meet for our evening run at the bowl football pitch (where we have our interval sessions).

Saturday 21st July: Park Run - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).

Monday 23rd July:  evening run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 7 pm. Runs off-road around the village.  All welcome.  Beginners encouraged to come along too.

Wednesday 25th July: afternoon run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 1.30 pm.

Wednesday 25th July:. Evening runs:This week only- meet in the bowl football pitch behind the police station in Muir of Ord at 7pm. Variety of runs around the village for everyone.
