Saturday 14th April: Park Run - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (Google Park Run Inverness for information).

Monday 16th April:  Evening run.  Meet in the village square, Muir of Ord, at 7 pm. Now running off-road. Suitable routes for all levels of fitness, ability. 

Wednesday 18th April: afternoon run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 1.30 pm.  Or at the car park at Clash Wood at 1.40 pm.

Wednesday 18th April: evening run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 7 pm. Runs off-road around the village.  All welcome.  Beginners encouraged to come along too.

Thursday 19th April: morning run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 9.30 am. Contact Heather on 0791 244 3056 of email: heatherjogscotland@gmail.com if you want further information.

Good luck to all taking part in various events this weekend: Glenlivet 10K, Lochaber Marathon, Edinburgh Rock 'n Roll half marathon and the Brighton Marathon - Muir of Ord jogscotland members travelling far and wide!
