Saturday 22nd June: Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).                                       

Monday 24th June: Meet in the square at 6.45pm for our usual variety of routes around the village.

Wednesday 26h June - afternoon run: meet in the village square at 1.30 pm. We will be running from the square.

Wednesday 26th June - evening run: meet in the village square at 6.45pm for various routes off road around Muir of Ord.

Thursday 27th June: morning run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 9.30 am. Contact Joan on 01463 870237 if you would like further information.

Beginners are always welcome! Come along and meet our friendly group and one of our leaders will help you on your way with some gentle jog/ walking.
