Saturday 11th May:  Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).                                       

Monday 13th May : AGM in the village hall. Starts at 6.45pm. Short AGM then talks from speakers, tea, coffee and cake! See note below for further info.

Wednesday 15th May - afternoon run: meet in the village square at 1.30 pm. We will be running from the square.

Wednesday 15th May - evening run: meet in the village square at 6.45pm for various routes off road around Muir of Ord.

Thursday 16th May:   morning run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 9.30 am. Contact Joan on 01463 870237 if you would like further information.

Note - next Monday 20th May will be an interval evening 6.45pm in football field as usual.
