Saturday 4th August: Park Run - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).

Monday 6th August:  evening run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 7 pm. Runs off-road around the village.  All welcome.  Beginners encouraged to come along too.

Wednesday 8th August: afternoon run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 1.30 pm.

Wednesday8th August:. Variety of runs around the village suitable for everyone.Meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 7pm.
