Saturday 8th June: Parkrun - 5K at Bught Park Inverness at 9.30 am. Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information).                                       

Monday 10th June: Meet in the square at 6.45pm for our usual variety of routes around the village.

Wednesday 12th June - afternoon run: meet in the village square at 1.30 pm. We will be running from the square.

Wednesday 12th June - evening run: meet in the village square at 6.45pm for various routes off road around Muir of Ord.

Thursday 13th June: morning run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 9.30 am. Contact Joan on 01463 870237 if you would like further information.

Beginners are always welcome! Come along and meet our friendly group and one of our leaders will help you on your way with some gentle jog/ walking.
