New Year Arrangements

Happy New Year to everyone!

Here are the details of the planned runs over the next few days:-

Tuesday 1st January 2013: New Year Day run. Meet in the square at 10am for an easy run out to Beauly and back, followed by refreshments back in the village. Friends and family welcome to join us.

Wednesday 2nd January 2013- afternoon and evening runs as usual. Meet in the square at 1.30pm and  6.30pm.

Saturday 5th January : Parkrun in Bught Park as usual. 9.30am ( . Register on-line (see Inverness parkrun under Results page for information)).

Monday 7th January -(no intervals tonight). Meet in the square at 6.30pm for our usual runs around the village. Variety of distances and all paces catered for.

Wednesday 9th January : Afternoon run - meet in the square at 1.30pm.

Wednesday 9th January: Evening runs as usual. Meet 6.30pm in the square.

Thursday 10th January: Morning run: meet in the square in Muir of Ord at 9.30 am. Contact Joan on 01463 870237 if you want further information.

Beginners very welcome at all sessions!

We cater for all abilities and new members are always very welcome!
